Vertus develops personalized products to meet the needs of its clients. One of them is the Family Escrow Account service. 

A large portion of the conflicts that affect families with large fortunes involves demands of parents for their children to meet career expectations or demands from children for financing of their own business projects or to realize their dreams. This inter-generational divergence deteriorates the family relations due to failure to achieve equilibrium between reciprocal expectations.  

Vertus works in these situations to help all parties in the communication and alignment of the objectives and the targets to be attained, and the counterpart release of the funds, enabling relations not to be affected by material questions. 

In other words, it manages to clearly separate the family entity as a simple figure of provider, avoiding the constant involvement of the parents in favor of preservation of good family relations.  

In this service, there is involvement of a facilitator of conversations and conflict manager (the administrative agent), who will evaluate the achievement of targets/obligations, and the bank/financial institution chosen by the parties to receive and act as custodian of the money.  

This product was created and developed by Vertus and so far has been approved by two of Brazil’s largest banks, Itaú S/A and Banco BTG Pactual, and is already in operation.
